Our Vision: "To be a Leading Thai Investment Group with Strong, Long-term Partners and Businesses Globally."
With a strong belief in the opportunities for mutually-beneficial and prosperous relationships between the Middle East and Asia,
Our Mission: ?To Link the Middle East and Asia by building long-term relationships between the two regions, and establishing successful partnerships, businesses, and investments together.?
To achieve our Vision and focus on our Mission, we have been building long-term relationships with sincere, strong and professional partners across Asia, the Middle East, and internationally. In the Middle East, we focused on the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and in particular United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Over the past several decades, the GCC has experienced unprecedented growth and economic development as well as social transformation. Fueled by their oil proceeds, these countries and their respective government enterprises, and the private sectors have been investing in significant modern infrastructure projects such as airports, roads, public transportation systems, and utilities.
Together with our partners, we have been exploring business opportunities and making investments in companies, in which we can leverage our synergistic expertise, access to deals, and network of relationships, whether building new businesses or adding value to existing businesses. Furthermore, we assist the company with required financial and operational restructuring, including raising new equity capital, refinancing liabilities and selling non-core assets. In acquiring significant stakes in an existing company, we typically become strategic and financial advisors to the company.
Our strategic investments are based on the business model of being able to (1) grow their businesses internationally, particularly with new projects and customers in the strong growth markets of the Middle East, and (2) increase margins and lower operating costs through the expertise of our partners and advisors. Furthermore, we see a significant opportunity as well as building up these portfolio companies further by accessing the Middle East financial markets to increase its international profile, whether through a local stock exchange or an international one.
